ViLynx in HIPERMED deployment

El País, Spain’s largest newspaper, has adopted video technology by ViLynx to power its web site (http://epv.elpais.com/).

El País has replaced their static video thumbnail with ViLynx technology, offering viewers a preview with the best 5 seconds of each video. It allows viewers to discover content faster and to better surface relevant video content on a small mobile screen, while increasing publishers’ video views by 300% and viewers engagement time by 600%.

ViLynx is improving their technology and adapting it to e-health thanks to CELTIC-Plus projects HIPERMED and E3. The solutions developed in these projects will allow professionals to go directly to the relevant video content saving time and improving medical diagnostics.
