Lack of open standardization on digital financial data exchange has been a novel challenge for sophisticated financial modelling, especially regarding the largest volume of businesses worldwide, SMEs (small and medium enterprises). Data depth and scale requirements are additional issues to perform modelling up to the expectations. The need for a breakthrough for financial risk analysis and reporting standardization, similar to bar code, is obvious.
Combining both critical factors, financial risk analysis and planning now necessitate an enterprise-level integrated approach for financial impacts, utilizing dynamic modelling based on a multitude of data pipelines including the standardization of in-depth financial data.
SMEs worldwide do not have direct access to sophisticated risk and planning platforms due to the requirements of implementing enormous IT projects and the lack of financial domain expertise. SMEs should be able to leverage standardization capabilities by utilizing tools that are massively scalable and adaptable.
The project will give access to enhanced financial modelling capabilities to SMEs worldwide with the help of internationally standardized financial data to provide the outputs of the financial discipline and improve corporate financial literacy, and in turn, increase the financial performance for sustainable growth opportunities. Any SME with a balance sheet structure is a candidate. Also, the creditors or banks will have access to evaluate them within a developed end-to-end risk framework. Secondly, the companies with the capability to digest electronic custom data throughout the enterprise and configure the implementation of their projects, will have the ability to obtain integrated risk and planning capabilities.
