The webinar started with an introduction on the follow-up cluster CELTIC-NEXT to explain the future strategic directions of the cluster to the audience. Proposers from Canada, France, Finland, Spain and Turkey presented their project ideas. A lively discussion followed the pitch presentations covering future energy related distribution networks in 5G, next generation of transportation systems including dedicated security requirements. In addition critical questions on scalability of introduced innovative blockchain solutions have been discussed. During the webinar insights on the CELTIC Spring Call (deadline 8th of April 2019) and an overview on the timeline from the submission of a CELTIC proposal to the label of a CELTIC proposal has been given.
The target audience for this webinar were participants interested in building a project consortium for future CELTIC proposals.

The connection details can be found on the last slides of the presentations. Please do not hesitate to join the consortium building web-sessions in case you are interested in one of the newly presented pitches. This is a good opportunity to further connect and discuss a possible involvement in one of the below CELTIC project ideas.
